Mark as Useful I called ATT requesting internet connection and hey would keep calling back since I asked him to while I made a decision. In the end I wanted the service so i gave him my name, address and social security number. Is this what they usually ask for? Because after I gave him that information the call hung up, and he didn't call back. Maybe because it was close to 7pm and it was too late?
